Prayer to Delling

This is a prayer that is performed at sunrise, it is to Delling, it is also performed in ceremonies that take place at sunrise.

     Hail to thee, oh Delling,       hail Dawn-Bringer of day,
     usher forth your son Dagr, from bright Heljar-ran Hall.
     Hail to thee, oh Delling,     hail Red Alf of the dawn;
     we give to you our thanks,    we await a new day!
